"Last minute check in on a Wednesday 29th, just after leaving a very bad hotel there call the Savoy i mean very bad. So any checking in was greated by a lovely young lady name Nicole was very affiliate explaining the how things are in the hotel if i needed any thing. Well done i shall be back ."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. The facilities were excellent – the pool was spotless and relaxing, the gym was well-equipped, and the sauna and steam room were a wonderful bonus for unwinding after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and happy to assist with any requests. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about guests’ comfort. Overall, this hotel offers amazing value for money. With the quality of the amenities, cleanliness, and service, it easily rivals more expensive options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"I stayed here for convenience and proximity to my daughter, wh is at Uni. The property looked smart and interesting and most importantly value for money. I had a single room at the top so 3 lotsof stairs. The bed was very comfortable, the linen spotless, hot and powerful shower and adequately stocked tea tray. The temperature was comfortable abd despite some road noise, i slept well. I did not have breakfast, although the snell wafting to my room was tempting. Its a 10-15 minute walk downhill to Bath and about £6 to Uber back! On site parking is VERY tight but this is made clear on the booking site. I did need some assistance reversing out to avoid getting close to any adjacent vehicles. An old, smart buikding with bar and di ning room, attentive and friendly staff, thanks Jasmine and Izzy. Id stay again but probably use the Podium car park overnight, pricier but easier to manoeuvre. "
