"I am very upset with Hotels.com for even listing this place. The flush was broken, the soap dish was unusable, the bathroom door, the towel rack, the toilet paper holder - everything was broken. The beds had no fitted sheets so in the middle of the night we woke up to find ourselves sleeping directly on the filthy mattress. The blanket was worse that you would find in Motel 8. It was the most disgusting property we have ever seen and for this high a price??? I think hotels.com should refund my...

"Anita was fabulous! She started communicating with us 2 days prior to our arrival with directions and then even met us at the port. She gave us a map where she highlighted places to go, people to see and with how to catch the bus. The room was everything and then some - the pictures and description was spot on and breathtaking.
