"The apartment was clean, safe and super close to public transportations - bus and train station was VERY convenient. 3 stops away from the Zurich Airport by bus which was convenient and cheap. It was a quiet building with different tenants from students to office workers. Our code didn't open up the laundry area but it wasn't a big deal. "Aufenthalt war gut, aber zu bemängeln ist, dass kein Fenster geöffnet werden konnte. Die Parksituation ist katastrophal. Um das Objekt herum herrscht überwiegend Parkverbot. Die Kosten für einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage oder auf dem zum Objekt gehörenden Parkplatz sind mit 29 F sehr happig. Ich würde längerfristig bleiben, wenn Parken frei wäre."
