"This is a lovely house in classic Black Butte rustic style. The living spaces are open, light, and airy. Back of the house, mostly windows, and large deck face onto the 16th fairway of Glaze Meadow golf course, separated by a short stretch of ponderosa forest. It is well designed and has a great feel. We stayed for two weeks, and I would rent this house again.This is the upper corner of the ranch property, where houses are on large lots, there is little traffic coming and going of any kind. This has pluses. It is wonderfully quiet, also dark at night. A large group of deer were a daily presence, also a flock of turkeys. There were minor drawbacks for some (not all) of my family members. Since the land tilts up to the area, it's an uphill push by bicycle. For those who like to frequent the large Glaze or Lodge rec centers or walk/bike across the meadow, it's a long way. (A couple of us enjoyed the long bike ride.)There were two additional big pluses. The kitchen is unusually well equipped for a rental—not at all your Ikea special one plate and fork per guest set up. The upper glaze pool and racket courts are right across the road. These were never crowded.My interactions with Black Butte Realty, the managing host, were warm and helpful."

"We enjoyed our time BBR and the property. Kitchen is well stocked with what you will need if you are eating in. Appreciated the little things, Kleenex, bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry soap. Blankets and other pillows were also available and some games and BBR activities brochures. House was clean and we enjoyed the golf course’s beautiful view. We enjoyed many hours of reading and being outside reading, playing games and watching the golfers. A very quiet and peaceful setting. Communication with Gene (the host) was prompt and helpful. He was available to answer any questions we had."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few things needing attention at GM 112 this year:1. Please put fitted sheets on the beds! The upstairs queen bed mattress pad was also ripped and did not stay on, so most mornings I woke up with my face on a bare mattress- gross!2. Multiple bottles of toiletries were empty/near empty on our arrival- would be nice if cleaning staff would check these and refill.3. Downstairs toilet was running/not flushing4. Upstairs bathtub drain needs to be cleared out- I pulled clumps of someone else's hair out of it with my bare hands but it needs to be done more thoroughly with a tool"

"We loved our stay! A nice big, beautiful living room to gather together in, and plenty of beds. Also the master bedroom is huge with a gigantic walk-in closet! There’s a very large table out on the back deck that can accommodate 10 people plus extra seating around. The additional 2 masters upstairs were nice with their own bathrooms. Also the room right off of the garage was great with lots of beds and also the King available in the family room made it so we did not feel squished at all! Beautiful home with well stocked kitchen and great location very close to Glazemeadow pool."

"If you're looking for a place to have a family reunion, vacation or simply time away, we found this home to be a perfect spot. Our children and grandchildren have always wanted to have a family Thanksgiving away from home and this was the perfect home and place. Kara was responsive, helpful and made it easy for us. The home had everything for both the adults and for the children. What impressed us was how clean and easy everything was. A BIG plus was the hot tub and sauna. Overall, we had great time, and many memories were made."
