"Attractive property, especially the dining and lounge areas.
Recently acquired and will be better as renovations take place. Wi Fi could be better although strong signal can be expected in common and dining area. "

"Our experience at Creag Mhor Lodge was the best experience we had during a five-stop, two week trip to Scotland and Ireland. The view from room 10, much the same as the view from the lounge, was amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer. The best part of our experience was how we were treated. The owners are present and involved and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated Lorna, as she welcomed us and treated us with kindness and warmth the entire time."
"We enjoyed staying at the Garrison. The staff were outstanding and breakfast was delicious and free! They had free snacks in the room and in the evening at the bar. I highly recommend. The only neg was the housekeeping put the clean towels they were going to put into the rooms onto the floor outside of the rooms! But did I die? Nope! I dried off on one of the towels and kept on traveling! I would definitely stay here again. Walk to dinner , overlooking the waterfront, superb friendly staff and free snacks. "
"Despite the rainclouds hovering during our visit, our stay at the Holly Tree Hotel was a peaceful retreat. Nestled between dramatic mountains and the calming waters of Loch Linnhe, the location offers a sense of quiet seclusion that’s hard to come by.
The inclement weather kept us indoors more than planned, but somehow that only deepened the stillness and made the setting feel more intimate. The hotel itself maintains a gentle charm—warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for recharging away from the bustle.
A special mention goes to the incredible staff who made our stay feel effortlessly relaxed—always attentive yet never intrusive. Breakfasts were wholesome and comforting, and the vegetarian dinner was a pleasant surprise, offering a thoughtfully prepared meal that didn’t feel like an afterthought.
Whether you’re watching the mist roll in from your window or simply soaking in the silence, the Holly Tree Hotel proves that even rainy days can be restorative."
"The hospitality was wonderful and the manager even played chess with our son. He was very engaging and friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean and cozily decorated. Our son was fine on the pull out couch. "
"The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. The drying room was a life-saver after we were drenched in a rainstorm while hiking. Room was perfectly clean and fresh, exactly what we needed! Thanks for a great stay!"
"Really enjoyed our stay. We headed on to Skye after Camus House and really wished we had spent an extra day at Camus house instead. Beautiful property, great views. Additionally, Glencoe Valley is better than Skye. Hosts made great dinner recommendations. Just a really wonderful experience. "
