"Loved our stay at Isles of Glencoe. I wish I booked more days there. It was so nice to open the windows at night to let the fresh mountain air in! The beds were comfortable. This was the best stay I’ve had in Scotland so far in regards to sleep. Our TV didn’t work but we didn’t care as we were not there to watch TV. The location is great. The included breakfast was good and had a great dinner at the onsite restaurant. Service was good as well! The front desk staff seemed a bit confused whenever we interacted with them but I guess they were just new and needed training. Would definitely stay again if I ever return to beautiful Glencoe."

"Perpetually understaffed. Seems to be an ongoing issue based on other reviews. One staff member running the restaurant and reception so you have to hunt them down to check in and then hope you can get a table. And then it's an extremely long wait to get any service. During my stay I witnessed other customers clearing tables to help the rushed and visibly stressed member of staff"

"Wow. What a lovely location! Our family of four stayed here for a night on our way out to the Isle of Skye, and we could not have been more pleased. The home is set in a beautiful glen between mountains. It is near the Glencoe visitor center, where we were able to plan out a local hike. There is a greenway trail you will pass over on the driveway that leads to the home. That greenway is a very nicely improved walking path that passes by farmland and a stream. There are also other nice walks right from the visitor center. The home was clean and cute and had everything we needed. If you are trying to find the home, the driveway is on the same side of the road as the Glencoe visitor center. Looking at the visitor center from the road, the driveway will be towards the left. There is a small grocery store a short drive away as well. "

"As a family of 5 with a dog we have spent the last 2 Christmas’s at the mountain cottage’s and they are just perfect. No Wifi which is a blessing for a week of no screens, so getting out in the local area for some fantastic walks is the only entertainment you need. The cottages have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A little peice of heaven for some peace and seclusion at the end of a busy year. We will be back!"
