"But I didn't like being interrupt every morning 5:00 6:00 a.m. door slamming when guests leave doors banging so hard every morning welcome me up at 5:00 6:00 a.m. when I notify the staff and manager they agree said they got several complaint regarded apparently did nothing to fix it if I don't get parts of refund I will call my credit card and dispute half of the charges for annoying me every morning by waking me up at 5:00 6:00 a.m."

"About all I can say for this place is that it does hotel basics: bed, shower. But within a few minutes of arriving at our room I noticed that there were ants all over the nightstand. I killed about a dozen before I called to the front desk. As soon I picked up I was told they had a maintenance request in for my room already because of the ants. Little unsettling they gave the room out anyway, but ok. When I asked if someone could come and look the front desk person tried to brush it off but I insisted someone needed to come. Luckily maintenance did show up pretty promptly and sprayed something around the nightstand. Maintenance guy was great and said they'd return in the morning to clean and spray again. I kind of wish I'd pushed for a new room but again, I just needed a bed and a pet friendly place to spend the night. And this place delivered on that, at least. Just wish there were fewer ants. I did also wake up in the middle of the night because of a strong smell of someone smoking weed but I wasn't confident in the hotel dealing with it, despite it being a smoke free hotel, so I didn't bother calling the front desk again."

"Room 328 - One of the black out shades did not close all the way. Therefore, light came in at sunrise. Also, the outlet in the bathroom is not usable. The lighted mirror installed blocks the space for the plastic around the prongs of the plug. The lighting in the bathroom was awful. The noise from the busy street was loud - we asked for a room on the backside of the hotel, but the staff member brought us to a new room that was still facing Northern Blvd, so she did not know the bldg layout. When we came back one night and the lobby and elevator reeked of weed. All in all, no interest in returning to this hotel."
