Every person that I met on the property was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. From the women in reception to the man cleaning the pools to the man who fixed a little problem in our room to the maids I met in the hall, everyone was welcoming and hospitable. The grounds were well taken care of and filled with things to do and the pools and hot tubs were exceptionally clean.

Our room had an upstairs and downstairs with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Checking in was easy at the main office and they were helpful with any questions I had. The property had alot amenities, with indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, fitness rooms, hiking trails, and much more. I would highly recommend staying here

We only stayed one night. The room had a lot of things we didn't use. Whirlpool, fireplace, refrigerator. The grounds were very nice. We would stay there again. We did not use the pool or gym. Bed was very comfortable.

Balcony was rotten. Had put new boards on top of rotten ones. Very unsafe. Water leak and damage all inside bathroom. I do not recommend at all. Needs fixing and renovating.

Property is aged but offers alot. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools and hottubs, wonderful view of mountains from our porch, and flexibility to allow us to check in early.

The hot tubs were cold and they removed the adult one and it is outdated. The tub in the bathroom had the reverse hot/cold and very outdated. Bathrooms in the inside pool area were very dirty. The screen going out to the deck was Brocken and a few bees got in the room. I’ve been a few times back years ago but won’t be back again for the money I paid for one night.
