"I was very disappointed that on 7/11, at around 8:30 pm I called downstairs to the front desk and. Notified them that when I ran bath water for my daughter, the tub filled with brown water. They advised that would be sending someone upstairs to fix the issue l, yet no one never arrived. I had to taxi to my friends house to use their shower. This was very inconvenient"

"We have stayed here multiple times and have noticed the cleanliness has started to not be consistent. The last two times the duvets have had mysterious stains and the robes aren’t clean. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls in the cabinet and no sweeteners for the coffee and tea service. It took 3+ hours to get a new duvet and last time they switched our room because of a gnat problem. "The room was spacious & had a great set up. Kitchen with sink, stovetop, dishwasher, full fridge & freezer. Living room with couch & TV on a rotating stand to watch from living room couch or in bed in the bedroom. Large desk was perfect for work."
