"I stayed two nights. The first night, someone was vacuuming at 12:30am. Second night they were partying until 5:30am. Loud voices, buzzing in constantly. I was honestly baffled. Absolutely no consideration for someone paying to sleep there. I just needed a room to sleep in. General cleanliness was fine, not great. I was given the wrong bedroom key at first. Expedia listing said it was the full apartment, but vrbo had it as just a bedroom. Not the best. "

"Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us."

"Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold."
