"The location of this Inn is really close to downtown which works out very well for tourists. It also has a kitchenette, which is great, especially if someone likes to cook and has young kids traveling with them. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to the mark and the staff cleans the room rooms only once in three days. The cleanliness of the room was a concern for us.They do serve daily breakfast in the lobby, however, the staff in the breakfast department is very rude and very unwelcoming. We did not have a good experience with the complementary breakfast options."

"Amazing location. It was close to food and nightlife within walking distance. The bed was so soft. Like sleeping on a cloud. Realized there is a $10 fee to park a vehicle in addition to the room. All and all a great stay."

"Hotel needs a facelift. Indoors was dark and dreary, replace ceiling windows with natural light, there’s no windows in sleeping rooms to receive fresh outdoor air, window blinds are old."

"We could not have picked a better place to stay. Every day breakfast was excellent. The area of the hotel was very nice. Friendly staff, clean room and clean lobby area. Close to a lot of fun activities such as Universal Studios and The Warner Brothers Studio Tour. Right down the street from a very nice mall with an AMC movie theater. I highly recommend this hotel. Onsite parking was easy and affordable. "

"I was there for a short time and had a great time. No noise, I couldn't even hear anyone near me! Lol Staff was great and the deposit is so reasonable! Will be back for sure! :) "
