Only negative is on Expedia. could not find if parking was free or cost extra. It implied it was included. Luckily before I booked I read the reviews and could see from others they charge 25$ a night

Great place to stay. There's a nice garage to park your car for under $10 just around the corner on Orange. Valet is $44.

This is such a comfortable place to stay. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Breakfast is solid. I just wish there was daily cleaning. I’ll ask for it next time.

initially, I was upset because I was charged then told that my reservation was not in the system. Upon further review, the manager quickly alerted me that I had booked for Sunday and not Saturday as I had originally thought. she was patient and very professional and accommodating me although it was my error. I owe her tremendous gratitude and great customer service followed. The room I had was clean recently remodeled and she took a negative and turned to a positive. Thank you both.

Great hotel. will stay at again in future

Very good customer service

Always a great stay. But the lady at the front desk at night is not very friendly or welcoming. But it’s always a comfortable stay when I stay here I love this place and location.

No real staff onsite. Fully digital checkin. High deposit amount.

Staff is a little up tight, doing there job a little too well. But it was a nice stay

Awesome stay at the Chariot Inn. They didn’t serve breakfast because of the scamdemic but they served up a warming and welcoming smile every time I interacted with the hosts. I really appreciated their friendly service.

Property and staff was great. Rooms are a little outdated, but other than that it’s an overall great property.

Perfectly pleasant for the quick overnight stay I needed. Older style, very clean. Parking surprisingly easy.

The room was a little worn, however was clean and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful at checkin and checkout.

Excellent service. Clean rooms. Everything cleaned

1/14/2016 was my stay at the right across from the malls a lot of places to eat. It's only about 20 parking spaces super limited. Room was big but outdated. Shower area was clean water temperature was nice. Wifi in rooms. The bed was okay updated TV no cable. Public transportation is good buses to Hollywood and all over. I hope this helps. This is a transition hotel maybe only 1or 2 days could find something better for the price next time. very convenient To were I was going.

Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff member was very friendly and polite. He was thorough in explaining all hotel accommodations, rules, and provisions. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and despite being located on a busy street, there was not much late-night noise. The only comment would be that on the second night, the room upstairs was quite noisy. The place is within walking distance of various nice restaurants and bakeries. I will be returning on my next visit.

Rooms are huge with kitchen, big living room, balcony, washer, dryer, huge bathroom, close to many places to eat like IHOP near by.

It's close to everything either driving or walking distance.
