"1.The lockbox was very very difficult to.open especially at night time where visibility was next to zero. I spent nearly an hour to no avail. The instructions were illegible. The owner had his phone switched off so I was unable to get any assistance. Had a cab dropped me from the airport I would have been utterly stranded but a friend loaned me his car. "Generally, the service is good, the receptionists are vety help but if 2 more things can be improved, that will be excellent. 1. Communication between the reception and restaurant. As my package includes a breakfast buffet for 2, and well acknowledge by the receptionist upon my check but my name is not on the restaurant list in the morning. 2.The location of the car park. There are 2 carpark near the hotel and if there is some info to direct me to hotel off-site/ on-site car park, it will be perfect."
