"A lovely home to stay in, in the heart of Stirling. The home was fully handicap accessible for my mother on crutches, with an easy step in shower and all on the first floor of the building. Alastair was wonderful and very communicative, and when I had a question about the WiFi he responded to my text right away! "The place clearly has been recently renovated, and it was very nice. Stephanie was absolutely terrific, her communication excellent. My communication was poor due to being on the road, yet Stephanie still managed to take care of a couple of my last-second requests. Thanks!"

"Overall the stay was great. The bed was a little hard, but that's a personal preference. Had an issue with the refrigerator and tried to call to front desk for help, but no answer. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for help. The front desk person didn't seem too concerned even after I told her that I had leftovers that I didn't want to spoil. We had two people to come up and fix the refrigerator shortly after. They were helpful and kind, they offered to take my food downstairs to the refrigerator. I very much appreciated that."
