If you have any mobility issues, this location may not be the best option. In the room, it was clean, bright, and comfortable. We only had a few complaints. "Nice little room that was as advedtised, and just as expected for the price. Good place to sleep while you enjoy the coast and Lincoln City. Only issue I had was with the wifi password and signal strength, and the host was quick to answer when I sent messages to troubleshoot. If possible the network should be upgraded or expanded to a dedicated network for each building. Not a deal breaker for me due to my mobile hotspot, might be for other guests though. "

"They have a no smoking policy, and the rooms are extremely hot and stuffy. So, you have to open the doors while staying here. Which shouldn’t be a problem except when we tried to stay, someone was smoking beside our door. My husband had an asthma flare up and we couldn’t stay, we had to leave for the night. Mind you, no he doesn’t have overactive asthma but when we’re in this room, and someone keeps smoking cigarettes next to our room, what can we do? We messaged the host. Not much came of it....
