"I have stayed at the hotel multiple times over the past few months due to work arrangement. Rooms are clean and modern, and most of the front reception staff are nice and helpful. However, unfortunately, customer service overall seems to have declined over time. "

"We stayed at the Playford for 2 nights. We had one of the rooms with a mezzanine. A nice room but could have been better laid out. A great shower. A lovely comfortable bed but if you moved out of bed the sensor for the stairs came on and there was a LOT of lighting. Same thing downstairs as soon as you entered the room the sensor went off. I realise it’s for safety on the stairs at night but just too much. "
