"This hotel was very clean. The staff was nice and welcoming. The check in/out process was easy and fast. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've had, and they had complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies throughout the day near the front desk. I did not have time to check out the pool area. The beds were comfortable, and we had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. It is a short ride to downtown Grand Rapids, so a good location for our trip. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. This place was very quiet and convenient to walking to the concert. Staff was very considerate and the Wolfgang Puck bar/restaurant provided a good cocktail at the end of the evening. Definitely would stay here again."

"Friendly and organized staff. Decent rates. Facility and room was clean, great breakfast, the pool/hot tub and sauna were clean and amazing. So relaxing. Location near lots of shops, restaurants, and near a wonderful trail/park. Id consider a lil road trip to come back and stay and explore the area and use the pool etc.! "

"My daughter had surgery scheduled in the GR area, so our trip wasn’t planned for fun. However, we were close enough to the Zoo (few minute drive) to check out the Lantern Festival on the first night. The hotel wasn’t in the city, so it was quiet even though it was just a few miles north. The hotel was very newer, very clean and modern. The lobby was inviting. My daughter and I actually spend the evening post surgery down in the lobby playing board games and hanging out on the egg chairs inside the lobby. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Pool seemed smaller and there was not a hot tub (those things didn’t bother me, but just giving a heads up). However, the lobby and outdoor area definitely offered more. I would recommend this hotel to friends/family, and I do plan on staying here again during our mid summer visit."
