"Was very nice after reading horrible reviews we were a bit worried .. we were surprised to be in a room in the hostel rather than a pod .. room was very clean and had own toilet/shower was very spacious.. the little pods looked really nice with there own gardens and fire pits looking on to a river… area was nice .. only thing kitchen was taken over by large party that was there and we could not use it .would defo go back ."

"Lovely, quiet, cosy dorm with great facilities that were modern and clean. Well equipped kitchen and big dining area is a great benefit and staff were friendly and welcoming."

"The parking was right near the door and on one level so no lifting luggage up steps. Good and easy to follow instructions via email regarding access to the building and picking up the room key. Premium room very spacious, clean and had woodland views. Standard room smaller but still had enough room move about, again with woodland views. Both shower rooms were the same size with a large shower however the sink was very small. Highland soap company toiletries. Lovely quality bedding and very comfortable bed. The dining/lounge area had a few books and games. The kitchen had a microwave and kettle but no toaster. There was milk, tea, coffee and sugar for guests to use which was a nice touch. Lovely walks from the door for all abilities, we walked Juniper and Pine and enjoyed both then went to the café for a 'posh' hot chocolate and millionaires shortbread which were both superb and reasonably priced."

"Cosy hotel on the Loch. Comfortable room with all you need. Tea kettle and the bathroom a good size. Great water pressure in shower. Cafe was delicious and affordable. Friendly staff helped us with questions and recommendations. Shopping on site as well. Does not have an elevator it that is a concern to you but it’s only one flight. Easy walk to pubs and Loch Ness tourist sites. "

"Very lovely hotel stay with our family of four. The location is absolutely gorgeous by the water. We had a room with a balcony that was worth the extra cost. Dinner was very good at the hotel as well. Breakfast was included and lovely. Staff is very nice and accommodating. "
