Mattresses were the real cheap - old spring type and we could feel every spring. The main bedroom - I couldn't use because there was no power near the beds, so I had to sleep in a single bed to be near a power point. "This hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. Although it’s marketed as a full-service hotel, housekeeping isn’t actually provided - despite a sign in the room directing guests to call reception for it. When we called, our request was ignored. We also found bugs in our bed and reported it, but nothing was done. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this hotel; it falls well below acceptable standards in Australia."

"This place is highly recommended for travellers with kids. The room is nicely arranged and spacious for hotel type of accommodation. Restaurant/bars and activities are within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. I really like the vibe here. The only negative experience of our stay was I preordered some chocolate coated strawberries, a cheese platter with a bottle of Moscato.
