"It was pretty much as advertised...no TVs in the RV (kind of nice actually)...the RV oven/stove didn't work, had to have the staff come by to light it. Wouldn't stay lit after we turned it off so we couldn't cook. Boo. The onsite bathroom that we were recommended by staff to use was not stocked with any supplies. The woman had to take their own toilet paper with them and the men's room had no soap. Also we couldn't even lock our trailer from the inside. Overall, not the worst experience but I don't think I would stay again."

"We showed up for our anniversary only to find no one on premises. could not reach anyone for days in advance. amenities and rooms were very subpar and did not at all live up to what is advertised. Had to change locations as there is no staff or guests anywhere on property."

"We had such an incredible time staying at Piazza’s Pine Cone Inn! We loved the room- super comfortable and clean, the grounds and vintage/historical decor are so fun, pool was great, Raquel was an angel and we were within walking distance to the heart of Kernville and the Kern river. One of our new favorite spots and we can’t wait to come back! "

"This was our second time staying at meadow oaks as it is such a peaceful location. Ate dinner each night on the very large porch with a great view and only hearing the river. Used the AC and it was cool and quiet , really quiet. We still haven't turned on the TV so not sure about that. Great host, great history of this property, very relaxing trip."
