"When we were first given a room, we discovered it wasn’t cleaned yet. So we returned to the front desk and were given a new room (booked a private twin bed x2). Room was clean, large and we were impressed by the nice bathroom and full kitchen (shared only with 1 other room). A very nice hostel experience. We noted that it wouldn’t be the best to book if you were looking for more of a community vibe or to mingle with fellow travellers (with booking the private rooms at least) as you don’t...

"We enjoyed our stay however found the pods to be very hot. They need better ventilation or aircon. Beds could do with more padding on as you could feel the base of the pod. Otherwise clean and a fun experience. "

"The hotel was really good and I think it's worth the price. The personal was really kind, and let us do the check in early. They let us keep our luggage in their storage room, even after hour check out time, which helped us a lot. For breakfast there was a variety of foods available (bread, cheese, ham, butter, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc). Also, they have more foods available for sale at a fair price (pizza, lasagna, instant noodles, chips, etc). In the room, everything was clean. We had...

"I'm not usually the one to write a bad review but our experience was just very bad here. There is no reception and that's why we called ahead of time ensure we came to the right place, the guy on the phone was less than helpful. We followed the advise and directions from Expedia and ended up in the vicinity. We called the number yet again and no one answered. Mind you it was raining and we were waiting outside walking around trying to figure out where the building is for two hours... the guy...

"Fantastic location next to the S+U Warschauer stop: there is lots to do in the area and Warschauer is an easy stop to get around Berlin from. The staff are all friendly and helpful, bathrooms and common areas are kept very clean. There is a small kitchen area that guests can use. The dorm room is nothing special, but the beds and space provided are fine, and it's nice that towels and sheets are provided for free. I would stay here again."

"Great location, great room & breakfast available. Slightly concerned that 20 minutes after arriving to our room someone else unlocked our door and said they’d been assigned this room. After asking the staff what happened they said “it doesn’t usually happen” but never apologised"
