"This was a very pleasant stay. I arrived from the international airport quite late, but was able to get room service. The breakfast had lots of good options (north Indian, south Indian, eggs to order, cereal, etc), excellent coffee (cappuccino or americano is no problem) and excellent access to the metro. I was able to walk to the metro and make it to my meetings in town. Way better than driving in the terrible delhi traffic. When I returned, there were lots of great dining options close by, within a reasonable cab-distance. The food in the hotel was also an excellent option! "

"I made a booking months ago and also paid in the advance. I had a 24 hour layover in Delhi Upon arrival, saw my reservation on the computer. Produced my identification. Advised by employee that guests with foreign addresses cannot check into the hotel. Spoke with two manager's and they advised this was a government regulation. Never heard of this before. Had to go online and find another hotel. As this was not mentioned to me prior, rating is Terrible for everything. "

"I feel like I massively over paid for this property. The only way I can see this property had good reviews is if they are fake. The only really positive is the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was the issue - dirty covers, damp in the walls, damp in the bed headboard, window frames damp, floor worn out, the best bit was they asked if I wanted heating then brought up a tiny heater that looked worn out and made a load of noise like it would set fire at some point, also the hot water has to be requested in the evenings and takes 20 minutes to come through. Honestly if I'd paid $15 for the room I'd have accepted it, even though I've stayed in better for that much. But I paid $94 AUD, im sure there are better options for the price. I hate to leave negative reviews but people deserve to know the truth as it's no way 4 star and no way 7.5 rating. "
