"We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year. "Super, friendly hotel/inn with exceptional food, a warm welcome, reserved parking and spacious rooms. The location is ideal for walking the Pembrokeshire coast path, as the bus stops directly outside and the room was really comfortable after a long day walking. Newport is a lovely spot, and there is an idyllic beach just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. "

We needed a night away after a stressful week and Gerogie was so considerate and warm and couldnt do enough to make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Tea and coffee available, use of kitchen facilities, lovely hot tub, communal but good fun to get to know other guests. Food is abiut a 10-15 minute drive away, can recommend Poons Street food "
