"Ms Sonu at the front desk is an excellent representative of Tivoli Hotel. She is professional, polite, and unfailingly pleasant. During our brief stay we sought her assistance on several occasions. She consistently went above and beyond to help and was always a pleasure to deal with. She made our stay most enjoyable!"
"Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are clean, but quite small. Staff was great and helpful. One major drawback though, was not having a mini fridge (or access to one) or an ice machine while traveling with a baby who needs milk."

"If you're looking for a hotel near the airport - this is an excellent choice! We needed a place to lay our head for the night and our family had one of the 6 bed suites. It came with 2 bathrooms and ample space to lay out our luggage and get it situated early in the morning for a long flight back home. I would definitely stay here again!"
