"Beautifully kept property which entertained all six of us and fit our needs very well. More than enough space for all 3 generations to use. Much of the house is old and subsequently there are quirks, however, everything was clean, in great shape, and intentionally decorated to feel very modern, cozy, and inviting. The kitchen was full of utensils and supplies and we had no issues cooking many meals. We really enjoyed having access to the pier, beach and boats. The host provided many local spots...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our family retreat to the North River Farmhouse.over the Labor day holiday! The farmhouse has been thoughtfully appointed with families in mind: from the comfortable beds and beautifully decorated gathering spaces to the ample 3 acre grounds with water views all around, this is now our family’s favorite Chesapeake Bay hideaway. The water front private pool, pier, yard games, fire pit, along with indoor games, books and a fully stocked kitchen exceeded all our expectations....
