Hotel and room were very clean. The free breakfast was great.

Convenient to sport complex. Courteous staff.

The handle to the shower was a little faulty, and the toilet paper holder was falling off. But besides that the place was very convenient to area around. The staff was very friendly, and it was very convenient that there was a restaurant right next-door connected to the hotel.

Parking is a little pricey. Vehicle entry and exit to the lot can be inconvenient and more difficult than it ought to be.

Staff was very kind. Beautiful hotel and a perfect location for us to visit family nearby. Parking isn’t included but we managed.

Perfect location in Old Town. Right across the street from new Museum of the American Revolution, and walking distance to many locations including Independence Hall, Benjamin Franklin museum and Betsy Ross house. Great neighborhood with tons of shops, restaurants and bars, including 30 art galleries. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, so we didn’t even need to use our car. It was also close to many famous landmarks, making it easy to walk around. The staff were very friendly, and everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

My room and bathroom were very clean. I liked that the bedding smelled fresh. Check in was quick. The only downsize was they don't have a shuttle to the airport.

This hotel had literally the best customer service I've had in a long time, possibly ever! The staff were ALL great. My room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, etc.

I had a quick trip into Philly for an event in Center City and decided to stay nearby. The hotel staff was amazing and everything I needed was in walking distance. I chose to park at a garage around the corner because the hotel parking is 60.00 per day. Lots of cheaper options in the area.

I have stayed in several different hotels in Philadelphia, and this was by far the best continental breakfast I have had in the city. Many different options that made for a great, filling meal. My room was also great, and the hotel was close to everything I wanted to get to.

Everything seemed to be very organized and clean. The rooms were great. Never unfortunately received my $25 credit.
