"Checked in and the rooms smelled of cigarette, we were moved and these rooms were still not the cleanest. There was left over garbage in the draws even though the floor was being cleaned when we were going to the rooms. The rooms do not smell the freshest either. Other customers were also complaining about the cleanliness. "

It was after the 4pm check in time. The woman in front of me had an issue. Waited 20 minutes. Another employee tells me room not ready come back in an hour. I was upset, missed by dinner reservations, and a room was suddenly ready in 15 minutes when I asked to speak to management. I was told no manager would speak with me. I was treated poorly from the moment I arrived for no reason and feel it was racially motivated. Don’t stay there! "
