No Parking on grass. We have a septic tank that cost $15,000. A car can crush it.
No more than 6 guest is allowed and NO PARTIES! Our septic tank cannot accommodate more than 8 people.
We work extremely hard to make our rental what it is. Guest are expected to care for it and respect it like their own.

Relax and enjoy the great view

This is the third time that we have stayed in this house. The house is well appointed and has almost everything you would need. The beds are so very comfortable. We enjoy the house being one floor so that we don’t have to worry about stairs.The little country store a few miles away from the house is a fun place to just stop and look around or pick up one or two items.We enjoy this house and the location

Love love love the view of the Mobjack Bay & the North River! Right on a nice sandy beach which is perfect for swimming! Comfy bedding, cute and tasteful decor!

Great place for families

We enjoyed our stay the beach was beautiful and the house was clean, peaceful, and relaxing. Very nice neighborhood and beautiful views from the screened in backporch. The kids loved seeing all the crabs, horseshoe crabs, and fish everywhere.

Fun on the beach

Great group vacation home. The beach was fantastic, and the screen porch was wonderful. Dishwasher wasn't working while we were there, but that didn't stop us from relaxing and enjoying our stay.

PERFECTION!

This home was amazing! From the moment we walked in all stress left! It was decorated beautifully inside and outside! The enclosed back porch was the perfect place to sit and relax or to have a meal or watch the sunrise! Beach peace and tranquility

Very glad we found this property. The home is well appointed and comfortable. The back porch and private beach were where we spent most of our time. The local general store is a must to stop and get some candy or a sandwich. Close to Williamsburg where there’s lots to see and do. The owner was kind and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.
