The Neighborhood:

The home is located in East Gloucester, just a 3-minute stroll from Niles Beach, a peaceful, family-friendly shoreline known for its quieter atmosphere and scenic coastal setting. The location places guests between Rocky Neck and Eastern Point, making it easy to enjoy beaches, harbor views, art galleries, restaurants, and classic Cape Ann scenery.



Eastern Point Lighthouse and Good Harbor Beach are just minutes away by car, and Rocky Neck is less than a mile away with galleries, working artists, waterfront cafés, and local charm. Downtown Gloucester is also nearby for dining, shopping, and harborfront exploring.



For nature lovers, Ravenswood Park offers peaceful wooded trails and salt marsh scenery. For dining, local favorites include The Causeway for generous seafood plates and Tonno for Italian fare in Downtown Gloucester.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Gloucester, Cape Ann, and the surrounding beaches. The home includes parking for up to 3 vehicles, though the driveway and street are narrow and may be challenging for larger SUVs.



Niles Beach is an easy 3-minute walk from the home. Rocky Neck, Eastern Point, Good Harbor Beach, the Back Shore, Downtown Gloucester, Stage Fort Park, and Rockport are all accessible by short drive.



Rideshare availability may vary seasonally, so having a vehicle is the easiest way to get around.



Other Things to Note:

The home includes steps throughout the property, as well as a tight staircase to the second floor and stairs to the third-floor bunk room. This may be difficult for guests with mobility concerns.



The fireplace is not available for guest use.



All bedrooms have seasonal air-conditioning units.



Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the EV charger. Usage rates vary based on length of stay.



Once a booking is confirmed, the cancellation policy is immediately in effect. Due to automatic platform processing fees, full refunds cannot be issued for same-day cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for any refund.

We give guests privacy during their stay, but we are available if anything comes up. Our team can be reached by phone, email, or the booking platform’s app for questions, recommendations, or support before and during your stay.



Guests will receive check-in details, house information, and any important property notes prior to arrival.
