Everything was perfect. Very conveniently located, very close to downtown Gloucester. We had a great time on the North Shore again, and the house was so clean, welcoming and comfortable!

The house was very near and perfect size for A group of 5. It had all the essentials we needed and great location. We were never more than a 20 minute drive wherever we went and Gloucester only 5-10 minutes away! The beds were also very comfortable and the area is quiet at night. Would highly recommend

We came to see our first grand baby and needed a home close to our son's place to stay. We found the perfect place. The home is beautifully appointed and close to everything. We have stayed at numerous other vacation rentals and this was one of the best. The kitchen had everything you need. I cook alot and most rentals have the basics. This kitchen had everthing. The home was very clean and well taken care of. The owner comminicated quickly and follow up was on point. The large yard was well maintained and a perfect for eating outside. I highly recommend this home.

This homes charm and cleanliness was top tier! Better than we could imagine,or photos online could capture. It was refreshing to walk into a fresh, spotless, and comfortable home. The Home has a perfect floor plan for a family, or two! The split floor plan with multiple TV rooms and large kitchen set up… with everything you could need to run a functional home. The view from the back porch was gorgeous and at night the sky was enchanting. The home is located centrally to everything! The water front views, close to downtown, and the beautiful Hammond castle. We had a wonderful experience! We will remember this house in Gloucester forever! Our favorite part of the inviting features of this home, are the guest book history behind it! A family generational experience available to the public. Take advantage of this experience! So glad we did. 10/10 I’d stay again! Thank you, Chris, for being a part of our family memories. Cherished, they are.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely home that has been in the owner's family for multiple generations and only recently rented out. Our family members, ranging in age from 11 to 70, found the home to be clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The kids claimed the sun room as their hang out space and the adults were happy relaxing in the main living room. The king size room and one bathroom are accessed through the bunk room, which was a perfect arrangement for the kids and their parents while the grandparents stayed in the queen size room with the private attached bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of nice little touches around the house like nightlights, laundry washer/dryer, and shampoo/shower gel in the bathrooms. The central air conditioning kept the home comfortable during some humid summer days. The home's location was in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood but super close to the seashore and convenient to all of our adventures from Rockport to Gloucester to Salem. Communication was amazing from Day 1, and the host was super accessible and responsive to our needs, even providing helpful hints and detailed tips about visiting the area. We would love to stay here again in the future!
