The room had a smell to it when we first arrived- there was a courtyard which the window opened on to so possible that people go out here to smoke and the window had been left open. Took a good few hours for smell to leave. You only get 1 hour in the spa and have to pay for the dressing gowns as not provide- probably best to advise people of this at reception or when booking. Had to go back to reception after checking in to clarify as given no information when checking in.

A great spa night away! The spa is really nice and well maintained, perfect for a little bit of relaxation. Room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable! Evening meal in the restaurant was also excellent and the staff were super friendly

Very nice spa. Lovely staff. The bathroom strongly smelled of bleach on arrival and the following day of damp. Food okay, perhaps trying too hard. Dog friendly only in that your dog can stay in your room- No bowl or bedding and not allowed into restaurant- so not truly dog friendly in my opinion.

We had one of the Superior rooms and it was perfect enough room the bed was comfy and a bice sized bathroom, very clean and the staff were attentive.
