A balcony for sitting out and enjoying the water view. Short walk to ROCKY NECK, a longstanding art colony with many galleries and shops.

An open living and kitchen area with a hand-crafted high-top table that can be used for dining or working. All with a view to the water. Balcony with seating for 2 (extra chairs can be provided). Small bathroom. Bedroom with a full-sized post bed. Closet space and a small bureau.
