A great cottage!
We had an excellent experience renting this property last week! Check-in was seamless and ahead of schedule, and the property manager was so responsive to my questions. There’s a nice view of the ocean from the front porch and upstairs bedrooms - and if you enjoy sleeping to the sounds of the ocean, this is a great spot. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower, which we loved. Dinner on the back porch after a nice day at the beach was also a highlight. All in all, a great stay for our family of five - would do it again!

Beach life
We had a great week in Rockport at Long Beach and enjoyed barbecuing on the deck with the sunset, coffee on the porch with a view to the ocean and long walks on the beach. An easy place to be with a family and 2 dogs and and beach life!

Not what it seems
This property is in terrible condition, for starters there is a hole in the floor with a mat over it when you walk in, the photos that are posted do not show the other rooms that are in rough framing with nails coming out of the exterior sheathing, the bathrooms were not clean they had mold in the corners. This listing should be marked as fraud or the owner should just post pictures of the entire home so that the buyer knows what they are getting.
