Alexandria C. was a blessing when we showed up tired and jet-lagged from our last minute flight from the west coast. She showed understanding and compassion and Best Western is very lucky to have her on their team. The breakfast was also good and Vernice made it even better with her smile. She clearly takes pride in what she does and it shows. I have travelled all over and have stayed from luxury to budget, and this hotel definitely stood out as one of my best stays, not only because of the clean and comfortable accommodation, amenities and the food but because of the people.
