Vacation apartment "Heimathafen"

The vacation home is located in the heart of the quiet, idyllic village center of Polchow, just a few minutes’ walk from the Großer Jasmunder Bodden. Built in 2020, the vacation home features two vacation apartments—one on the first floor and the other on the upper floor. The garden adjacent to the house is available for shared use. The property includes parking spaces for cars and storage areas for bicycles.

The “Heimathafen” vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the house and features a terrace. This 3-room apartment, with a living area of 80 square meters, accommodates up to 4 people. The living-dining room with an integrated, open kitchen is modern and decorated in light colors. In addition to a cozy couch area with a flat-screen TV, there is a large dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and, of course, a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi is scheduled to be installed in the building by summer 2019. A parking space is available at the building.
