"The hotel has made huge renovations since we began staying here many years ago. The atmosphere is very relaxing and we can totally chill. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The only improvement for us as a couple is to have flatter softer pillows. The ones at the moment are quite thick and solid. Will bring our own next time. Otherwise no complaints. "

"Love this hotel its really nice.chef had to come and kick the bathroom door in as the lock jammed and my partner was stuck in there a hour but thats no reflection on the hotel.the one thing that disturbed me was i booked a double room it was a twin when i got in they swiftly changed it to a double i knew this as id extended my stay and theyd kindly not turfed me out at 11 to come back in at 3 but on the last night the double mattress had been changed to 2 single mattresses which is not right and very uncomfortable id spoke to the man cleaner and told him not to go in i didnt need my bedroom cleaned but it bothers me that they obviously did go in change the mattresses around and tried to put the bedding back as it was ,id left it scrufferly unmade that made me feel like theyd waited for us to go out instead of telling us and sneaked in probably looking out for us coming back and then we saw the man cleaner again when we came back and a very strange thing was said (im glad i didnt have to go into your room it saved me time )there was no need for this comment so that told me everything. But nothing to do with anything else i love the hotel"

"Simply amazing at this hotel only thing that let down was the jacuzzi was out of action but overall absolutely amazing from waiters and and waitresses to chefs barmaids barmen and management will be staying again soon"

"The Cleanliness is impeccable.Must stay place only thing which i feel can attract more tourist is,if they offer cooked breakfast in the lounge.it would definitely have an edge on others.rest no issue,all great :)"

"This was way better than even expected. Incredible hotel, service, food and amenities. We stayed for our 10 year wedding anniversary and they made it extra special for us. Pros: - Incredible theming throughout. - Incredible food at the BLOC restaurant. - Incredible SPA. - Incredible Breakfast. - Incredible Room. - Incredible Staff. - Incredible Service. Cons: - Bed was rather hard - No Air Con in room and rather warm Other: - The hotel is located in the middle of a new build housing estate but it's truly like an oasis and once your inside you won't even care nor notice that fact. We will be coming back, it was one of the best mini-breaks we have had. "
