"Very nice space, and it also has a washer/dryer which is super helpful when on long trips, traveling light, or both. I felt safe and here as a safe female traveler - I pretty much walked everywhere and the old city is very cool. I really liked the location of the entrance, which is off the main road so if you’re fumbling and trying to figure things out for entrance it’s very forgiving and provides some grace as a traveler that’s new to the area. I would stay here again."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, for its convenient location next to the train and bus stations. One room was basic, the other was “premium”; both were clean, comfortable beds, good showers - not fancy, but everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted with my lost luggage. The breakfast buffet is tasty and plentiful. I’m happy to recommend!"

"Excellent location just a few feet from the main square - perfect location for tourists. The hotel is in an older building but the bathroom is brand new. The hallways and rooms still have original but updated decor, with upgrades added like in-room safes and hot water kettles. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and arranged airport transfers for me o. Arrival and departure. Everything you could want is within steps, including stores, shops, and al fresco dining. The hotel has a great restaurant featuring pizza and Polish food, and they put on a very nice breakfast every day from 7:00 to 10:00 and if you can’t make that, they will pack you a take-away meal. Take I to account that this is a very busy area and it can be loud - so the hotel provided ear plugs so that when it was bedtime I just used them and I was able to sleep, but it can be loud, especially on weekend nights. Also, there are no USB ports and in my small single room there was only one wall plug, too far from the bed for me to keep the phone next to the bed. Also there is no AC, and while I was there the elevator was out of service, but they helped me carry my bags upstairs. I would stay there again, even knowing the minor drawbacks I have mentioned - great staff and location!"

"The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. The team arranged a transfer from the airport with less than 24 hours notice. Totally professional and friendly during the check in. The suite we stayed was incredible, including the most comfortable hotel bed ever - I think it’s possibly the nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The hotel garden area should not be overlooked for a couple of quiet hours relaxing. Hotel is in a perfect location and park at the end of the street was a lovely place for a walk. Honestly, just the best experience. We will definitely rebook for Amber Design Residence the next time we come to Krakow. Thanks for helping make our trip special."

"Really enjoyed this hotel. It's in a great location, very close to the main train station and shopping mall and only a few minutes to walk to the Old Town. It had great soundproofing and blackout curtains so we slept well. The room was well equipped with everything we needed and the shower was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again."
