"I recommend doing research before coming here. If you do not have a car, it will be hard for you to travel up to the hotel, if you do not like to walk. The restaurant is not open everyday. The spa was closed when we were there. The view is amazing and it’s quiet. It’s an old style hotel and it has a lot of history. If you are used to 5 star hotels like the Ritz, don’t come here. "

"At first I was disappointed that I didn't get a small couch as shown in the photos (a comfortable chair/couch is a priority of mine) but the small desk worked fine. I just put a pillow on the hard chair for a little bit of comfort. Otherwise all was great. Loved the slanted windows and fresh air coming in and large bathroom.
