We found out that someone else was put into the apartment we had paid for. Make sure to communicate early before arrival to set up a meeting time for check in because there’s no front desk. We communicated via WhatsApp after establishing initial contact on hotels.com website. Located within 5 min walking distance to Lotte Mart. Beautiful infinity pool. No gym. "
