"Wonderful location and having a breakfast buffet each morning is great to start your day. Room was very large and clean. Having a small balcony allowed for fresh air into the room! Underground parkade is tricky to find - the first time - and then you’ll get it. Definitely connect with staff prior to arrival for proper address to parking entrance. Ramp in underground parking is very steep and the corners are tight due to pillars. If you have a vehicle, best to only try if it’s compact/standard. You do get a parking rate discount if you’re staying at the hotel! Absolutely would stay again - it’s absolutely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shopping, beach and more."

"Hôte très arrangeant, gentil et serviable. On nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt et partir plus tard car il n'y avait pas de réservation.La maison est très jolie et très fonctionnelle dans un quartier rural. Ce n'est pas trop un endroit balnéaire.Pour la cuisine équipement correct manque peut être quelques bons couteaux.Les chambres literie bien rien à redire.Les deux salles de bain sont très bien.Manque pour la terrasse solarium de l'équipement style pergola pour abriter un peu, c'est dommage car elle est très bien.Petite précision importante qui faudrait signaler : il y a une base d'école de pilotes à san javier donc il y a un ballet d'avion incessant une grosse partie de la journée les jours de semaine (il faut s'y habituer !!! Le weekend s'est calme) et l ' AP7 en 4 voies qui est juste à côté (pour la nuit les fenêtres ouvertes c'est pas trop possible car bruyant)La mar menor a pied est a 15/20 minutes.Deux jolis marchés à Los alcazares et à Los Narejos.Il y a 4 supermarchés aux alentours (aldi, lidl, supermercado et consum)Pour le stationnement il y a une allée privée et un stationnement dans la rue a l'extérieur. Aucun souci pour trouver une place.La piscine sympa mais manque d'aménagement pas de transat quelques chaises que les habitants locaux laissent."

"A nice apartment in a well maintained private complex right next to the beach, with either underground parking or plenty of space outside.The location is right next to the beach on the edge of the urban area, at the end of the now military training airport. There is a nice beach bar/restaurant just outside and loads of places to try kite surfing, paddle boarding etc.The apartment is light, the galley kitchen has the essentials, and although it’s nice to have a kettle, it would be good to also have a coffee pod machine, as they’re easier to use than the cafetière! The bedroom is a good size, and the aircon for the apartment is effective. The sofas are comfortable, but the second sofa made the living room feel a bit cramped. There is excellent 400mbps WiFi and we had good communication with the host.What didn’t we like?There is only one set of keys provided so we couldn’t do our own thing so easily.There are no power sockets near the table in the living room, I bought an extension lead that I left behind!The flight training starts at 08:30 most days, we got used to the prop sound though. There is construction of new homes between the apartment and the beach, although nearly complete, the noise started 08:00, there are no shutters, so it was quite noticeable, also no net curtains for privacy.The area is surrounded by marsh land and the biting insects were persistent, although there are mosquito screens on the windows, the midges still get through."

"Great location and would have been a great stay had it not been for the cleaning/linen issues and poor communication with the key holder. Paid for linen and cleaning but bed smelled bad, had stains and the linen was very worn. When this was mentioned to the key holder she wasn’t very helpful and insisted the linen was brand new (we have photo evidence to prove it was not). The friends we booked the apartment for were also locked out when locks were changed midway through their stay. We contacted the key holder as another guest advised us they’d been given a new key. She said it wouldn’t affect our guests, yet it did. When we contacted her, she advised it wasn’t her problem as she knew nothing about it. Luckily our friends were let in by another guest in the same building. Would be a great letting if it had been cleaner and the key holder had been more helpful. All interactions with the keyholder were via WhatsApp, so we’ll be sharing with VRBO and NOVASOL"
