"The house was beautiful and perfect for a small group. We spent most of our time on the back deck taking in the amazing views! The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the property owner was very responsive. The neighborhood also has several good local restaurants just steps away, and of course, everything that Newport has to offer is close by. We enjoyed are stay here and would definitely recommend it."

"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...

"We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience."

"The house is in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. It was a good size for my husband and I and there were thing we appreciated, the washer & dryer, the tea kettle and coffee maker, the cleanliness. There were also some issues - the split in the living room was super noisy, making conversation difficult. Most concerning was that there were no smoke detectors in the living space. My husband is a former fireman - and Rhode Island requires smokes detectors outside every sleeping...

"Great location. House is renovated and fit our family perfectly. Backyard is fully fenced in and allowed our dog to roam and be safe. Hot tub is a fun plus! "

"We had an excellent stay at this property for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend in Newport. The house is in a great location and although it is close to the main roads, it feels secluded and quaint! The entire weekend was excellent! The only small issue is we wish we knew in advance that you can only park 4 cars on the property. With 12 girls staying at the house coming from many different states & cities, we had 9 cars total but nowhere to park 5 of them.It would have been helpful to know...
