This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in Gobbagombalin is only 4 minutes from the Charles Sturt University Campus, and 7 minutes into Wagga Wagga Central.
It is a modern home, with a spacious kitchen and living area. The kitchen is up to date with all appliences (dishwasher etc) as well as featuring a butlers pantry.
The bedrooms are all fitted out with carpets, and built in robes, the master room featuring a ensuite and walk in robe.
There are large sliding glass doors leading out to the undercover patio, and into the yard. This yard can be accessed through two gates on the side, next to the garage that holds two vehicles.
The fenced in yard has grass around the sides and features a garden shed in the back corner.
