Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! "higher end spec, great rooms fancy restaurant but this hotel is overrated. Restaurant is slow and food OK but not where it needs to be, always massive delays from order to table. Gym has a water machine that is never topped up with new dispenser bottle."
