"The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was actually a suite of two spaces--a decent-sized living room and a separate bedroom with the en-suite bath. The easy parking in front of the hotel is a plus, and the other great thing is the location, close to the main RR station and central shopping area."

"Really nice girl at check in with super English. Good food & very nice room. I set off an alarmed door by mistake early morning in my sleepy state - sorry about that and I hope I didn’t disturb other guests. The reception staff were very nice about it even though they must have thought I’m a total idiot. "

"Check-in using the automated system didn't work. Was left ringing a number and speaking with someone who acknowledged I had a booking, but couldn't persuade the system to accept me."

"Just to summarize: one of the nicest smaller city hotels I have visited in years, clean, crisp, attentive service, very nice and spacious rooms, free coffee, cake and warm snacks in the afternoon, big breakfast, fantastic waterfront location, walking distance to downtown. "

"Thought the hotel was lovely, particularly the bedroom which was a single room. The lobby was a little bit outdated, but this did not matter. The views of the lake from the restaurant and my room were stunning. Great setting."
