"We stayed here for 3 nights to escape the heat of Budapest, the resort is beautiful and well looked after. There is very little we could fault, the only exceptions was a rude man working at the spa who made us feel like we were interrupting his peace, and the automatic 15% service charge added whenever ordering anything from the spa. We asked for an icecream which they took from a freeze in the back room and yes 15% service charge added. The food was lovely for breakfast, and the dinner was good...

Nice property. Good location. Good service. Good wifi. Good air conditioning. Convenient to grocery store one block away. Especially Gabor at the front desk was most helpful. Whenever there was a problem and others offered no help, Gabor came personally and solved the problem for me. Excellent health center with nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam. It would be better if they didn't allow the young children in the jacuzzi, but otherwise it was great!

First we hesitated to book it because there were not many reviews. Later we found put that the hotel just opened two months ago. So glad we did book it! The hotel is brand new, clean, beautifully decorated. Staff is great, very attentive, patient. Definitely a five star in a great Budapest location- many great restaurants and bars in five minute walking distance. Best location for shopping as the West End mall is less than 10 minutes away by walking. Would stay here again for sure.

Very nicely remodeled building. Breakfast space was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Rooms were large and bathrooms were exceptional.
Only negative comment was the pool/spa area didn't offer much seating or hooks for towels and robes. The floor in the spa area is also very slippery. And there is a sauna but no steam room.

The hotel staff is wonderful; friendly, helpful. Each spoke perfect English. The food was fabulous, the patio nice and the bed comfortable. We had two unusual issues: first our shower stopped up then the door handle broke, but each item was handled quickly and efficiently with great apologies. The gentleman who carried our luggage refused a tip....said it was his favor. We felt like really welcomed guests and will stay there again

Having spent in past a lot in hotels worldwide, this is an outstanding hotel, with a unique concept having an excellent service starting from location continuing with room, breakfast, afternoon wine and cheese reception, SPA, cleanness and exceptional friendly staff.
