"Overall, our stay was great. Easy access to the property made both arrival and departure stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The complimentary breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. While it was appreciated, we felt the selection could be expanded to offer a bit more variety. Although we didn’t travel with our pets this time, we were pleased to see that the property is pet-friendly, which is a great benefit for pet owners. We would definitely consider staying here again and appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and comfortable accommodations. Thank you for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!"

"This little cabin was one of the loveliest properties we’ve rented from VRBO. The property itself is extremely clean and very comfortable, and well supplied with all the basic necessities (kitchen and bath essentials, bedding, etc). The location is peaceful and relaxing with its views of a lake. The listing description is accurate. The host responds to all communication quickly and professionally. It was the perfect “base camp” for us while we explored the eastern UP. We truly felt at home during our stay here."

"We were very happy with the property. It was beautifully decorated. The only thing we didn't care for is the master bath. It had a strong smell around the toilet. The shower in there was terrible. The smell when using the water smelled like sewage. We used the other bathroom which was much better. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were satisfactory."

"A great little spot to stay. Watching the freighters was a hit with our group. Plenty of space in the house with a great little upper deck space. Main bedroom up stairs is great - a great spot to relax and enjoy the views. House was well stocked."

"Spent summers as a young kid on the Island, so this was a lifelong dream to come back and share it with my husband. Mr. Stuckey was great on communication - and the trip was wonderful. There were a few cobwebs around, but it's an older home, so there's that. Didn't know that there was no heat, but he let us know there were space heaters, so we used those and had no problem. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property and Mr. Stuckey - we had a wonderful time!"
