The good: It's a bit cheaper than other places, The airport transfer is quick and free - 24/7. To us, this was a big plus. The bed was comfortable. The staff is really friendly. The okay: Everything is very worn and tired, especially the bathrooms, foyer, and restaurant. The restaurant (off the menu) was all right. We had basic items, and they were done well. The bad: The hotel breakfast was one of the worst I've seen.

The room was clean and well stocked. The air conditioner in the room worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel are showing their age, but kept clean. We enjoyed the pool, but unfortunately the games room was out of order. The buffet breakfast was sufficient but the same everyday. One thing to mention if you are staying more than one night, you will need to request house keeping to makeup and restock the room as it is not done daily for extended stays.

Room we were in was damp, Unfinished drywall in bathroom where replairs were being made. Flooring was seperating in several spots, no seating, beyond 1 tiny chair that seemed to be missing feet it was so low to the ground. while it is convenient for airport stays it is ver proced for the quaotuy of the room. As well, it ay breakfat is included and starts at 530, we had to catch shuttle to airport at 545 but breakfast still not open.

The beds were clean and comfortable however the bathroom was not clean. There was a shower cap left in the shower, hair on the toilet seat and toilet paper waded up in the sprinkler system. The sink was cracked and water leaked a bit from the faucet onto the counter which was always wet. There were noticeable stains in the carpet in the hallways and stairs. The complimentary breakfast was not very good. I couldn’t eat there the 2nd morning.

The location of this hotel is good in terms of proximity to the airport and parking was relatively close to the entrance. You either had to lift your bags up the stairs to the main door, or wheel them around a long driveway/ramp. We had an early morning flight so we just needed a place to sleep that was close to the airport. The bed was comfortable and the bedsheets were decent. The few towels in the bathroom were of extremely poor quality. Our room was located on the third floor, and from the elevator, we had to walk a long way around to the other side, encountering a staircase of about four or five steps in the hallway—very weird. We were ok to lift our bags, but this could be an issue for some travelers. The quality of the breakfast that was included was dismal. I only had a small container of yogurt. Overall, the hotel is tired and outdated.

The hotel is very dated and definitely needs updating. Water pressure is terrible. Toilet would not flush. When I addressed this with the front desk I was told they would come right away to help. 20 mins later I call to get and ETA and front desk said oh I forgot I will send someone right away. 10 mins later someone knocks, thrusts a plunder at me and walked away. To top it off our tv did not work and the restaurant service is very slow. On a plus side the food we had for dinner was quite tasty even though my sister had to eat her chowder with a fork for most of the meal.

The hotel was fine enough. I booked the King suite and there was really no suite about it. It should be called a king room. We loaded up a luggage cart and headed down to our room. Half way down the hall was a set of stairs. So the luggage cart was useless at that point. Ahead of us were 2 women and 1 was very pregnant. They were in the same boat as us. So we helped them unload their cart and hauled their stuff the rest of the way to their room. And then we had to maneuver both carts around each other in a tight hallway situation so we could do ours next. The real saving grace was the on-site restaurant. Not fancy looking but our meals excellent The breakfast selection was fine. The problem there was the containers were pretty much empty when we got there. (7am) and were not filled yet when we left. I have no idea what all the people who arrived after us ate besides toast,cereal and bagels.
