"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"Die Wohnung und Lage war super. Das Schwimmbad war leider geschlossen. Parkplätze sind für die jeweilige Wohnung gekennzeichnet. "

"Personal war freundlich. Doch das Hotel bräuchte dringend einen neuen Anstrich. Wir waren in einem warscheinlich ehemaligen Raucherzimmer untergebracht. Der Gestank war wirklich gar nicht schön. Kein Parkplatz vor Ort. "

"Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. I have not recived the final bill yet due to the fact that the system was down when checking out...

"The room was old and smelled of old carpet and drapes. There were silverfish bugs crawling on the drapes. The bed mattresses were rock hard and uncomfortable. The room was not up to any standard fire code as several door needed a physical metal key to enter with locking doors. Outside the hotel an outdoor nightclub played music at an extremely high volume till 2 am making it impossible to sleep! Avoid this mess at all costs! "

"The staff is very professional, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is stunning. The whole place is quiet, the decor is a bit 90's dated, but the building, furniture, windows, bathrooms are impeccably maintained. We would definitely come back any time! "
