"You have alot of places with in a three to five minute walk. The train and bus station, grocery store, pharmacy. The place is nice and quiet as well. It is fully supplied with tableware for the guests staying longer. Check in and out are hassle free. "

"I immediately fell in love with this place, and wish this could be my permanent home in Japan! It's the perfect size, small, but not in a cramped way. The layout of the apartment was perfect. I enjoyed sleeping in the little nook so much, I slept so good. And the sound of the river outside was so peaceful. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the restaurants around the station. Inage grew on me so quickly and now has a special place in my heart."

"This place is located very close to Disneyland! It was perfect for us! It is small but it is very clean! The upstairs loft is not suitable for adults. It work for us because our youngest children are teens. Only a short walk to the train station! Overall it was a fantastic stay and if i was ever to go back to Tokyo i would stay here again if I had the chance!"

"Very convenient location to Bayside Disney Station for the monorail. Free bus transportation to Bayside station and Maihama Station. Room was spacious with comfortable beds. Great view of Tokyo Bay. "I can’t say enough amazing things about Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama!
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — the staff was so friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. You genuinely feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your stay.
The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed with so many spots that are perfect for photos. It’s also very safe, spotless, and well maintained. We had a Bay view from our balcony, and it was absolutely breathtaking — such a peaceful and scenic way to start and end the day.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the Disney monorail, which connects you easily to the train station and the parks. Super convenient for Disney visits!
The rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan, and everything was immaculately clean. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtful and high quality.
This will definitely be our go-to hotel every time we come back to Tokyo Disney. We truly had a perfect stay — beautiful, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommend!"
