"Heerlijk verblijf. Heerlijke tuin met zwembad. 25 min lopen van restaurantjes. Enige minpunt: Er hangt 1 airco op overloop voor het hele huis, dat werkt dus niet op de kamers. In zomer warm. Je kunt wel ramen tegen elkaar open zetten maar blijft tot half de nacht heel warm in huis. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Quinta Tras o Rio. The house was well maintained, well equipped, and had ample space with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and patio were relaxing, and the gardens were extraordinary, truly beautiful. A wonderful property. Thank you,"

"Maison très agréable avec toutes commodités dans un écrin de nature avec vue magnifique ! Milieu rural dans la montagne que nous apprecions beaucoup. De la place pour se garer, une piscine parfaite et bien exposée et un coin cuisine exterieur avec barbecue au top pour cuisines et manger en exterieur. Les hotes sont tres gentils avec une excellente preparation pour notre arrivée. Merci pour tout :)"

"The host greeted us at the gate with keys and a quick tour of the lovely property. This house is the best location in which we have ever stayed: Attention to detail is evident everywhere from the bed and bath linens to the kitchenware to the overall design of the unit’s layout. Very clean and brightly lit, yet with excellent privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and quite suitable for a stroll to view others' gardens. Guest comfort is paramount though and through."

"Ein tolles Haus und ein netter Vermieter. Wir hatten jedoch Pech mit dem Wetter, so dass wir Heizen mussten. Zum Teil mit Zentralheizung, zum Teil mit der Klimaanlage. Dort wo mit der Klimaanlage geheizt wurde, konnten wir keine Wohlfühltemperatur erreichen. Zum Glück gibt es mehrere Kaminöfen, so dass wir Zuheizen konnten. Die Küche hat man praktisch garnicht warm bekommen. Fazit: Ich empfehle das Haus ausserhalb der Heizsaison, am Besten wenn man auch den Pool nutzen kann."

"Séjour agréable. La partie chambre et salle de bain est impeccable. Dommage que dans la cuisine le grill pain et la machine à café ne fonctionnent pas malgré le signalement ,le frigo en extérieur tout rouillé .Le mobilier extérieur en mauvais état ,chaises cassées. Pas de chaise longue pour profiter du panorama et trop de proximité avec les autres locataires à moins de 5 m .Chemin d'accès stressant par ses pentes et son étroitesse . "

"We stayed 9 nights at João's property and it was great for us. Equipped kitchen, good WiFi, cozy bed, and a spacious bathroom. We will happily recommend it to anyone else visiting our family living in Portugal."
