They liar in my reservation

They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful

La propiedad está casi en el centro de la ciudad y tiene un desayuno super bien completo, además del servicio de parqueo de autos gratis. La habitación no estaba tan buena pero tenía algo de confort , si un poco vieja pero bueno para descansar estaba bien . La vista muy buena en el piso 18. El personal muy amable y atento. Solo necesitamos una piscina , áreas de juego y un spa. Mejorar un poco las condiciones del local y será el hotel ideal

Quarto antigo. Paredes sujas, secador de cabelo não funcionava. Privada entupida. Não há reforma no hotel, há muito tempo. A equipe foi muito atenciosa, porém o hotel está muito decadente.

Otimo café da manhã, péssima conservação!

O atendimento na recepção foi bom. A limpeza do quarto foi razoável, precisa melhorar na questão dos lençóis, travesseiros e das toalhas que precisam ser substituídos urgentemente. As camas e colchões também precisam de atenção urgente. O estado do quarto em geral é ruim, espelho do armário quebrado, trazendo risco de acidentes. Os utensílios do banheiro todos se soltando e já com problemas. As paredes e teto do quarto sujos. O serviço de limpeza do quarto estava adequado, mas as condições de manutenção e de limpeza das paredes, bem como as condições de camas, colchões, lençois e cobertores, dão uma sensação de sujeira permanente. Para compensar, o café da manhã é muito bom e em geral não tivemos problemas em nossa estadia, mas pelas condições de conservação, o preço está elevado e inclusive trazendo risco aos hóspedes, principalmente famílias com crianças. A localização do hotel é boa e o serviço de manobrista incluso foi muito bom.

Alguns problemas na infraestrutura do hotel atrapalham. Precisa de uma reforma urgente. Os funcionários precisam passar por recapacitação para lidar com o público, isto é, falta cordialidade e principalmente educação. As recepcionistas da recepção principalmente por sua falta de educação.
